Tutorial videos that keep up with every release.

We build your tutorial and onboarding library from your product's code, then watch every release. When a screen, button or flow changes, the affected videos are rebuilt and sent to you. No re-recording, no stale help center, nothing for your team to run.

First video's free if you don't love it.

Screen recordings age the moment you ship. Yours won't.

Standards shift, flows get renamed, buttons move, and your tutorials quietly stop matching the product. Every change you ship is checked against your video library. If a video is affected, we rebuild just the scenes that changed, re-record only the lines that need it, and send you the updated video. If nothing's affected, nothing changes.

StepByStep detects a product change and re-renders the video to match

Read-only access to your repo. We never write to it, and we only start once we're working together.

    Plan the library

We read your product and propose the videos your users actually need: tutorials, onboarding paths, feature walkthroughs. You pick.

  3. 3

    We build it

Each video is built from your real interface and narrated. You get video files you own, with vertical versions if you want them.

  4. 4

    You ship, we keep up

Every release is checked against your video library. Affected videos are updated and sent to you. Videos the change doesn't touch are left alone.

Every video your product needs.

And every one of them stays current when the product changes.

  • Tutorials

Step-by-step walkthroughs that show exactly where to click, never a stale screen.

  • Onboarding

Get new users to first value fast, with the exact path through your real product.

  • Product marketing

Feature walkthroughs, release notes, sales demos and short-form for social.

Short-form, made for social.

For social, we create original explainer animations in your product's design system, so every clip is scroll-stopping and unmistakably on-brand. 9:16, ready for LinkedIn, TikTok and Shorts. Muted by default; tap the speaker for sound.

Questions, answered.

Do you need access to our code?

Read-only access to your repo, and only once we're working together. We never write to it, and you choose whether updates go live automatically or come to you first.

What counts as a change you'll handle?

Anything that changes what a video shows or says: a renamed button, a moved menu, a new step, changed copy.

What do we have to do?

Approve the update. That's it. (Or skip that too, and updates can go straight to your site.)

Who owns the videos?

You do. You get the video files, with vertical versions if you want them, yours to host anywhere.

What if we stop the plan?

You keep every file. They just stop being updated.

Your first video is free if you don't love it.

One agreed concept, full production, no shortcuts. Watch it. If it isn't something you'd be proud to put in front of your users, you don't pay. We'd rather earn the second video than argue about the first.
